These Terms and Conditions govern the use of 5D FACIAL ANALYSIS, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered service that provides a preliminary assessment of facial characteristics and visible skin laxity. The service is provided by BSL Clinic Co., Ltd. (the “Company”).

5D FACIAL ANALYSIS uses AI technology to assess facial characteristics based on a photograph. It provides preliminary information about visible skin characteristics and facial laxity, along with suggested facial care programs that may be relevant to the concerns identified.
The assessment is based on the Company’s five-dimensional (5D) facial care approach and is intended to help users gain an initial understanding of possible facial care options.
Users must take or upload one photograph of their own face and follow the instructions provided by the system, including:
The submitted photograph will be processed using AI to generate an assessment for that particular session.
The quality of the photograph, lighting conditions, camera angle, and other factors may affect the accuracy of the assessment.
The results generated by 5D FACIAL ANALYSIS are preliminary AI-based assessments derived solely from facial characteristics visible in the submitted photograph.
The system cannot directly examine or confirm the condition of every layer of tissue beneath the skin and is not a substitute for an assessment by a physician.
Accordingly, the assessment results and suggested programs do not constitute a medical diagnosis, confirmation of suitability for any procedure, or guarantee of treatment outcomes.
Users should consult a physician for further assessment before deciding to undergo any treatment or procedure.
To provide the 5D FACIAL ANALYSIS service, the system must process photographs of users’ faces.
The Company uses Claude, an AI system developed by Anthropic, through an application programming interface (API) to process facial photographs and generate assessment results. This processing may take place outside Thailand.
Facial photographs will be used to generate assessment results for the purposes of this service. Further details regarding data processing, retention periods, and users’ rights are set out in the Privacy Policy for the 5D FACIAL ANALYSIS Service.
BSL Clinic Co., Ltd. will not use facial photographs submitted through this service for advertising purposes or disclose them publicly without obtaining separate consent from the individual concerned.
This service is intended for individuals aged 20 years or older. By clicking to accept these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Users agree to use the service only for its intended purposes and to submit photographs of their own faces.
Users must not submit photographs of other individuals without permission or use the system in any manner that infringes upon the rights of others or violates applicable laws.
This service is intended solely for preliminary facial assessment. It is not designed to assess medical emergencies or symptoms requiring urgent medical attention.
Assessment results are provided for general informational purposes to support preliminary consideration of facial care options.
Any decision to undergo treatment or select a treatment program should be made following an assessment by a physician, taking into account the individual’s skin condition, medical history, suitability for the proposed procedure, and personal needs.
Actual treatment outcomes may vary from person to person.
The Company does not guarantee that AI-generated assessments will be accurate or complete in every case, as the system is subject to technological limitations and variations in the quality of submitted photographs.
The Company reserves the right to improve, modify, or suspend the service when necessary, to the extent permitted by applicable law and without limiting consumers’ statutory rights.
The Company may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in the operation of the system and applicable legal requirements.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions will be made available for users to review.
The Company primarily communicates important service-related information through online channels.
